Vietnam Airlines = Scam
Be aware of Vietnam Airlines – unprofessional, racist and lazy staff, no refunds if the flight is canceled, etc. I will soon share a story about a group of Europeans who were subjected to racism by Vietnam Airlines staff at Tan Son Nhat International Airport after they forgot to board them onto the airplane.
If you can, choose VietJet Air instead - their staff at least board passengers and don’t let them miss their flights.
